In brazil it had the most slavery transportation in the world. And there was a lot of work plus the weather was also very hot.  And the slaves had to cut down a lot of sugar cane which had a lot of value in trade, it took a lot of energy for the slaves to cut the sugar cane. There was also other crops like corn or wheat and tobacco (Last name). Sometimes slaves got whipped because they weren't doing work there was also house slaves. Most slaves were sometimes freed if they were good. Also there was some slaves. Also most of the slaves came from central Africa. The europeans traded weapons to African tribes for slaves.

Resistance of Slavery In Brazil.

There was a lot of resistance in slavery in Brazil. For example some slaves would run away, or some would work slowly on purpose, and sometimes they would even break the tools that they would work with.  There was also whole colonies for runaway slaves. And in the colonies they were united together. Another way they would resist slavery would be by practicing their culture, they also train in martial arts and the religion was called Capoeira. In capoeira they would make the martial arts look like a dance so the slave masters wouldn't find out that the slaves were training to fight.

African Diaspora

The African diaspora was the trade of slaves in the Atlantic ocean and most of the trading happened in the south Americas and the Caribbean most of the slaves got transported. The African diaspora happened because the native Indians fought back from slavery so the Caucasian people turned to Africans as slaves. The africans was carried on ships and they often had illnesses. Also there was some African things migrated to brazil like music and instruments, and also culture. Furthermore there was African food that
